Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns, exchanges, store credit, and refunds may be provided for purchases made from us.

1. Return Window

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, eligible return requests may be accepted within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.

Requests made after the 30-day return period may be denied at our sole discretion.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • the item must have been purchased directly from us

  • the return request must be made within the applicable return period

  • the item must be unused or in substantially the same condition in which it was sold, unless the item is defective

  • the item must be returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase, if applicable

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund or exchange.


3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Unless required by applicable law, the following items or categories are generally non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • final sale or clearance items

  • gift cards

  • downloadable or digital products

  • personalized, custom-made, or special-order items

  • opened consumable goods

  • items damaged through misuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized modification

  • services already fully performed or completed

If a product listing, receipt, invoice, or posted notice states that an item is non-refundable, that item will be treated as non-refundable except where prohibited by law.


4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered, you should notify us within a reasonable period of time after receipt.

If approved, we may, at our discretion:

  • replace the item

  • exchange the item

  • issue store credit

  • issue a full or partial refund

We may request photos, packaging details, or return of the item before resolving the issue.


5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise required by law.

If a refund to the original payment method is not possible, we may issue store credit or another comparable refund method where permitted.


6. Processing Time

Once a return or refund is approved, please allow several business days for processing.

Please note that your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.


7. Return Shipping / Return Costs

Unless the return is due to a merchant error or a confirmed defective product:

  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law

  • any restocking fee disclosed at the time of purchase may be deducted from the refund

If we provide a return label, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund where permitted.


8. Exchanges

Where applicable, we may offer exchanges instead of refunds for eligible items.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement item is unavailable, we may issue store credit or a refund instead.


9. Services, Reservations, and Appointments

For services, reservations, bookings, or appointments, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the nature of the service and the timing of cancellation.

Unless otherwise posted at the time of booking:

  • cancellations made with sufficient advance notice may qualify for a full or partial refund

  • late cancellations may be non-refundable

  • no-shows may be charged and may not be eligible for a refund


10. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider.

Improper or fraudulent chargeback requests may be disputed using transaction records, delivery confirmation, signed receipts, communications, and other supporting documentation.


11. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny returns, refunds, or exchanges where fraud, abuse, misuse of this policy, or suspicious activity is suspected.


12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If local law requires a different return or refund standard, we will comply with applicable law.
